The apartment is located on the third floor of a classic building with exterior views to the beautiful tree-lined Claudio Coello street, well known for its upscale boutiques and restaurants.
The decoration features modern furniture in neutral tones with touches of color, and attention to details. The apartment has an open space that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has two areas, one with a two-seat sofa, two armchairs and a glass coffee table, a floor lamp and a bedside table. The other space is the TV area which includes a two-seat sofa, a wooden table and a console with a large-format flat TV, all bathed with natural light thanks to the three large balconies.
The dining room has a circular wooden table for six people and an elegant vintage wooden console from the 50s, which gives personality to this space. The kitchen is integrated with the dining room and is fully equipped with all the appliances the guests may need during their stay. It is decorated in gray and white tones, with a dividing isle.
The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the living / dining room. The hallway to the bedrooms is full of fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway and features a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00) with a fabric headboard, two bedside tables and an attractive armchair in green velvet. It has a comfortable dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower in a glass cabin.
The second bedroom has a double bed (1.50 x 2.00) with a fabric headboard, a modern floor lamp and two bedside tables.
The third bedroom offers 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00) with fabric headboards, bedside tables with lamps and a circular rug.
The second bathroom has a glass shower cabin and is decorated in gray tones with a wood cabinet.
The apartment also has a laundry and ironing room, where the washer/dryer and a sink are located. The floor of the entire apartment is made of wood, which gives a cozy atmosphere to all the space, except for the bathrooms that are of gray micro-cement.
Located in the heart of the Barrio de Salamanca, it is surrounded by the most prestigious streets in Madrid: Serrano, Velázquez and Ortega y Gasset, with easy access to cultural, gastronomic and commercial spaces. Very close to the ABC Serrano Shopping Center, the Jardín de Serrano Shopping Center and the El Corte Inglés de Serrano. Only 8 minutes from the Puerta de Alcalá and El Retiro Park.

If you would like to Check-in after 8:00pm or on Sunday an additional fee of 30 Euros will be charged.
For Check-ins after 11:00 pm a 50 Euros fee will apply.
In order to confirm a booking, a deposit worth 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid via bank transfer. The remaining 70% must be received15 days before the check-in date.
Payment can be made via bank transfers or credit card online. We will charge a 2 % fee for payment with non-EU credit cards. No fee will be charged if the purchase is paid in foreign currency.
Paid with a credit card during check-in. It is returned within 15 days after departure as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
